What is the difference between registering with My SafetyPerformance Coach and logging in to My SafetyPerformance Coach?

You register with My SafetyPerformance Coach only once. That's when you provide your e-mail address, which becomes your unique My SafetyPerformance Coach login ID, and when you decide on a password, which protects your access to My SafetyPerformance Coach.

Once you have registered, you never need to register again. However, each time you return to My SafetyPerformance Coach you need to log in by clicking Login here and then typing your e-mail address and password.

How do I register with My SafetyPerformance Coach?

  1. Go to http://datainfoportal.com/corp/.
  2. Click Register here.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to register with My SafetyPerformance Coach.

Registration asks me for my e-mail address. Do I have to give it? What if I don't have one?

You are required to provide your e-mail address to register with My SafetyPerformance Coach. If you don't have an e-mail address, or if you don't want to provide your personal e-mail address, we recommend that you sign up for a free e-mail address with one of the many free e-mail address providers on the Web.

I'm trying to register and keep receiving this error message: "The e-mail address you entered has already been taken, please try again..." What's wrong?

It's possible, but unlikely, that someone else has already registered using the same e-mail address as you. It is more likely that you have already registered, making this a duplicate registration attempt. Once you have registered successfully with My SafetyPerformance Coach, you do not need to register again. You are now eligible to return to the My SafetyPerformance Coach community anytime, simply by logging in with the e-mail address and password you provided during registration. To log in to My SafetyPerformance Coach, go to http://datainfoportal.com/corp/ and click Login here.

If you have lost your password, click the link to "Frequently Asked Questions" that's on the login page to find out what your options are for retrieving your password.

I'm attempting to register with My SafetyPerformance Coach. I enter the required text, click Save, and receive this message: "Invalid e-mail or password." What's wrong?

Like many other web sites, My SafetyPerformance Coach uses a cookie in order to provide you with customized, personalized content. Therefore, in order to register with My SafetyPerformance Coach, your browser must be set to accept cookies. Click here to find out how to set your browser to accept cookies.

When I click a link, I receive this error message: "Error. Either your session has expired or your browser has experienced a networking difficulty in communicating with our site. Please logout and close your browser, then open it and try again." What's wrong?

In order to maintain the security of your My SafetyPerformance Coach account, your login session will expire if there is no activity (if you don't click any links, for example) for an extended period of time. To start a new session, simply close your browser, reopen it, go to http://datainfoportal.com/corp/, and click Login here.

I'm already a member of My SafetyPerformance Coach and I'm trying to log in but keep receiving this error message: "The e-mail address you entered has already been taken, please try again..." What's wrong?

If you are already registered and are trying to log in, make sure that you click Login here instead of Register here. You need to register to My SafetyPerformance Coach only once. After that, you can return anytime and simply log in without re-registering.

If you have lost your password, click the link to "Frequently Asked Questions" that's on the login page to find out what your options are for retrieving your password.

I'm trying to log in to My SafetyPerformance Coach, and I'm sure I'm typing my login e-mail address and password correctly, but I keep getting a message saying "Invalid e-mail or password." What's wrong?

First, remember that the My SafetyPerformance Coach login e-mail address and password are case sensitive, so be sure to be aware of whether your Caps Lock key is on, for example, and be sure that you are using capital letters and lowercase letters in exactly the same way that you used them when you first registered. If you are still unable to log in to My SafetyPerformance Coach, please send an e-mail to spcoach@jwtoups.com.

I've forgotten my password. How do I log in?

On the login page is a link to "Frequently Asked Questions." Click that link to find out what your options are for retrieving your password.
